Chipotle Cream Sauce

What a Beautiful Day!!  The Sun is shinning and it is going to be a really WARM DAY!    I am ready. This sauce is good for pasta or pizza.  I thought that Pizza sounded great today.   This is the sauce that my Family loves.  We put it on with chicken, cheese, bell peppers, topped with fresh cilantro after it is cooked.  Add more seasoning if putting it on pizza.

Saute:
5 T. Oil.                                         
1 c. onion chopped (I like lots of onions can add more)
 4-5 cloves garlic

add:
5 T. Flour    Cook for a min.or so

 Add:
 2 1/2 c. milk                          
 1/2 cream  (Can add all milk and no cream)

 Add
 1/2 - 1 t. tarragon                            
 2-3 t. canned chopped chipotle with canned adobe sauce (add according to the hotness desired)
1/4-1/2 t. salt                                    
Pepper to taste

 This sauce is good for pasta with chicken added.  If using for pizza the seasonings need to be stronger
