Peanut Butter Bars
1 1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/4 c. flour
3 1/4 c. oatmeal ( Becky used 3 1/4 c. more flour instead of oatmeal.)
Cream butter an sugars and peanut butter. Add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients
and mix well. Bake in oblong pan, greased. Bake at 325 10-12 min. Don't overcook.
Spread choc chips on top while hot for icing. Spread evenly on top.
Becky undercooked them.
This makes a lot so you may want to cut recipe in half for a 9x13 pan.
